Our work depends on Security Controls Assessor Analyst joining our team to collaborate with the client organization to support program assessment and authorization activities.
**HOW A SECURITY CONTROLS ASSESSOR/ANALYST** **WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:**
* Oversee the T\&E assessments of an information systems and networks to ensure security protection measures for the information system are in\-place, and compliant. * Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders and utilize a management software tool to assist in tracking and monitoring the progress of assessment packages. * Support program assessment and authorization activities and conducts regular assessments on and off\-site and reviews accreditation documentation to identify risk and mitigation strategies. * Guide completion and submission of all enclave Authority to Operate (ATO) package artifacts enabling timely Test and Evaluation (T\&E) validations and AO approval during continuous, network service. * Ensures security controls are implemented correctly, operating as intended, and are producing the desired outcome * This position requires interaction with DoD community customers and industry providers * Maintains current knowledge of industry standard Information Assurance best practices
**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:**
* EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 5\+ years of experience * Required Experience: 5\+ years of related Security Controls Assessor and Information Assurance experience * Required Technical Skills: Assessment and Authorization (A\&A) and CIS controls experience * Required Certification: 8570 certification: IAM Level II Certification (CASP\+ CE or CISSP ) * **Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI clearance required.** * Preferred cert: CISSP cert * Location: On Customer Site, MacDill AFB, FL in Tampa, FL (Not remote)

### **Salary and Benefit Information**
The likely salary range for this position is $110,500 \- $149,500\. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
