- Manage and supervise overall day-to-day office operations.
- Lead and motivate employees to achieve company targets.
- Develop business strategies and implement operational plans.
- Monitor sales, marketing and business development activities.
- Coordinate with different departments and management.
- Handle customer relationships and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare regular performance reports and submit them to management.
- Ensure company policies, rules and procedures are properly followed.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and target achievement.
- Support the Managing Director/Management in business planning and decision-making.
