Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.

Duties

  • Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are executed effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Redmine for tracking progress and facilitating communication.
  • Perform root cause analysis on any project deviations or challenges encountered.
  • Ensure quality management processes are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and updates.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of scope management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in risk management techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with project coordination methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with budgeting processes related to project management.
  • Knowledge of quality management principles is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Jira and Redmine for project tracking and collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A relevant degree or certification in Project Management is preferred.
