INFORMACIÓN GENERAL

- Monitoreo de los controles preventivos
- Seguimiento a incidentes
- Monitoreo de los procesos de producción
- Liberación de sanidades
- Implementación y seguimiento de acciones correctivas en los incidentes de inocuidad y desviaciones de calidad de la planta
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
- Escolaridad: Ingeniería en Alimentos, Industrial, Química o Bioquímica
- Experiencia: 6 meses mínimo en área de Calidad en sector alimenticio
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos
- Inglés: Técnico básico
