Job Summary
Genteel Home Furniture & Objects Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize production operations, inventory management, and manufacturing workflows. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in furniture manufacturing, export operations, and production planning, with a strong ability to manage teams, control inventory, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflows and timely completion of production targets.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress items, and finished products.
- Monitor stock levels, material consumption, and inventory accuracy to minimize waste and prevent shortages.
- Oversee export-related production requirements, packaging, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Establish and monitor production KPIs, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to optimize production costs and output.
- Lead, supervise, and develop production personnel to maintain discipline, productivity, and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety standards, and production procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Must have at least 10 years of relevant experience in production management or manufacturing operations.
- Proven experience in export operations, preferably in furniture manufacturing or a related industry.
- Strong expertise in inventory management, stock control, and materials planning.
- Extensive knowledge of production workflow, production planning, scheduling, and quality control.
- Demonstrated ability to lead production teams, optimize processes, and meet production targets.
- Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in production reporting, inventory monitoring, and operational documentation.
- Willing to work on-site in Pampanga.
