Job Description: Service Engineer

Educational Qualification
- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients in corporate, enterprise, and SMB sectors.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable ICT solutions.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including BOQ/BOM.
- Support sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Work on solutions such as VoIP, Cloud Telephony, IPPBX, IVR, AI Dialers, Networking, and Security Systems.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain ICT equipment and software.
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, and communication issues.
- Provide AMC support, preventive maintenance, and timely service as per SLA.
- Train clients on the use of installed systems.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in technical sales, field service, networking, or system integration.
- Knowledge of ICT, Telecom, Networking, and Security solutions.
- Good communication, troubleshooting, and client-handling skills.
Preferred Certifications (Optional)
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification.
- Certifications from brands such as Cisco, Hikvision, Dahua, Aruba, Grandstream, Matrix, or Avaya.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
