Job Title: Smart Home Demo Expert (Smart Locks, Vacuum Robots & Window Cleaning Robots)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations for Smart Locks, Vacuum Cleaning Robots, and Window Cleaning Robots.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, operation, and maintenance.
- Assist customers with mobile app setup, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity, and basic troubleshooting.
- Explain installation procedures and usage guidelines.
- Support sales teams in converting product demonstrations into sales opportunities.
- Participate in retail store promotions, exhibitions, roadshows, and customer events.
- Collect customer feedback and escalate product-related concerns when required.
- Maintain demo inventory and ensure products remain in excellent working condition.
- Stay updated on new smart home technologies and market trends.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer engagement and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of smart home devices, mobile applications, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and IoT products.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Quick learner with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Home Automation, Smart Security, or Retail Sales.
- Prior experience in conducting product demonstrations or customer training.
- Knowledge of smart locks, robotic vacuum cleaners, CCTV, or home automation products is an added advantage.
