Position Overview: We are seekingdynamic and results-oriented Business Development professionals with a strong background in sales, Business development, excellent negotiation skills and a strong network among key decision makers in the Insurance category
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and target potentialpartners relevant for BNPL, develop strategic plans, and execute strategies to onboard and build long-term relationships.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster collaboration & trust and encourage repeat business.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to understand the organization structures, expandto new markets and channelsand achieve revenue targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Staying up to date on trends,competitors, and market dynamics within the lifestyle sector.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysisto understand trends,competitive landscape, and potential opportunities in the BNPL space.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with productdevelopment, Sales, Alliances, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on product offerings and support partners effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report key business metrics,sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degreein Business, Commerce, or a relatedfield; MBA is an added advantage.
- 8-12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management experience - preferably in Insurance /Fintech/BFSI industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively (with internal and external stakeholders) in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to travel inter-city as well as intra-city as per businessrequirements
