- Live Streaming Account Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of live streaming accounts.
- Schedule live streaming sessions and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with live streaming hosts to plan and prepare content.
- Monitor live streaming for quality and compliance with company standards.
- Revenue and Performance Responsibility:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for live streaming.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase viewership and engagement.
- Optimize content and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct performance reviews and generate reports for management.
- Operational Support:
- Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating live streaming campaigns.
- Collaborate with affiliate marketing, sales, and product teams to align live streaming activities with overall business goals.
- Ensure proper setup and functionality of live streaming equipment and software.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of live streaming schedules and performance metrics
- Handle logistics and coordination for special events or promotions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to live streaming.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, live streaming, or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in live streaming software and tools.
- Proficiency in Chinese language will be an advantage in order to deal with stakeholders from China.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet right deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
