**What****you'll****own**

* Lead the day to day HR function in Germany, partnering closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and regional Centres of Excellence to deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives. * Drive talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational growth to support the continued expansion of Commerz Globalpay GmbH. * Ensure compliance with German labor law, oversee employee relations, collaborate closely with the Works Council, and manage monthly payroll processes. * Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, organizational change, and HR transformation while embedding our OneGP philosophy. * Lead and develop the local HR team, fostering a collaborative culture and delivering an exceptional employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. **What****you'll****bring**
