Technical Project Coordinator / Mandarin Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Project Coordinator / Mandarin Assistant to support software development projects and facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and the technical team.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in Mandarin and English, have a good understanding of software systems and development processes, and be capable of coordinating project requirements, monitoring progress, and assisting with system testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor software development projects to ensure tasks and deliverables are on track.
• Document system requirements, project updates, and technical specifications.
• Assist in testing software features, identifying bugs, and tracking issues until resolution.
• Coordinate with developers, project managers, and business teams to clarify requirements and resolve concerns.
• Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and the technical team.
• Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation of project progress.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of software systems, software development processes, or technical project coordination.
• Familiarity with system testing, quality assurance (QA), bug tracking, or project management tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work onsite in BGC, Taguig, six days a week.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Note: Coding expertise is not required. Candidates with relevant experience in software coordination, technical support, QA, or Mandarin translation in a technical environment are encouraged to apply.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
