**Job Description – UPVC Marketing Manager**
Responsible for leading UPVC sales and marketing operations across Tamil Nadu, including business development, client acquisition, and major project handling. The candidate must have strong experience in the UPVC or construction industry with good relationships with builders, contractors, engineers, architects, and developers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Lead sales and business development activities across Tamil Nadu.
Generate new business opportunities and handle major projects.
Build strong client relationships and expand market presence.
Coordinate with project and technical teams for smooth execution.
Achieve sales targets and support company growth strategies.
Manage and guide the sales team effectively.
**Requirements:**
Experience in UPVC, construction materials, or a related industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good industry network and leadership abilities.
**Experience:**
A minimum of 3 years
