**Key Roles \& Responsibilities**
* Act as the primary brand ambassador for **Paytm** across your assigned regional territory. * Strategically identify, approach, and acquire new B2B accounts and merchant partners to scale market share. * Deploy and implement Paytm’s ecosystem of digital payment solutions within the retail and commercial sectors.
**Account Management \& Relationship Building**
* Build and maintain robust, long\-term relationships with local business owners and key stakeholders. * Provide end\-to\-end onboarding support to ensure seamless integration of Paytm services at merchant locations. * Act as the dedicated point of contact to address merchant queries, ensuring high retention and brand loyalty.
**Territory \& Performance Management**
* Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify untapped business opportunities. * Execute daily field plans and territory routing efficiently using your smartphone and two\-wheeler. * Meet daily and weekly market engagement KPIs to contribute to regional business growth targets.
Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
