Working alongside our Store Manager, you'll have the opportunity to build your experience, develop your leadership skills and play an important part in the success of our store.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Supporting the Store Manager to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Using your retail experience to deliver excellent customer service and create a great shopping experience for every customer.
- Helping to keep our shopfloor looking it's best through effective merchandising and store presentation.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Learning new skills and gaining valuable experience to help you progress into management.
