Brief
The Store In-Charge at GO DESi manages end-to-end RM/PM inventory, from inward verification and IoT/ERP-based tracking to accurate issuance for production and daily stock reconciliation. The role ensures tight coordination with procurement, timely documentation including GRN and debit notes, control of miscellaneous items, and effective supervision of store manpower to support GO DESi’s focus on quality, transparency, and reliable on-time supply to production.
Job Responsibilities
- The Store In-Charge will handle: - RM/PM inward and Verification.
- IoT and ERP system operations for real-time tracking.
- RM/PM picking and material issuance to production.
- Periodic, Daily stock counts, reconciliation, and variance reporting.
- Procurement coordination for GRN, availability, and follow-ups.
- Debit notes and related store/inventory documentation.
- Miscellaneous items inventory tracking and procurements.
- Manpower handling.
Requirments
- 3 - 5 years of similar experience.
- Preferred FMCG candidates
- Knowledge of Food Production
- IoT and ERP Handling
