Position: Part-Time Call Center Agent Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Hours: 28 hours per week
We are currently seeking Part-Time Call Center Agents to join our team. This role is ideal for students or individuals looking for consistent evening and weekend work.
Schedule Requirements:
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday): 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Six days per week for a total of 28 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Provide excellent customer service
- Accurately document call outcomes and follow established procedures

- Ability to consistently work evenings and one weekend day
