About Golden Executive
Golden Executive is a premium chauffeur service providing professional, reliable, and comfortable transport solutions across London and the Thames Valley. We specialise in executive travel, corporate accounts, airport transfers, and bespoke chauffeur services for business clients and individuals.
We are looking for a proactive, confident, and results-driven Salesperson / Business Development to help grow our business by acquiring new customers, developing long-term business relationships, and managing existing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Actively identify and approach potential clients, businesses, corporate organisations, hotels, travel agencies, and other relevant prospects to generate new business.
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up with prospective customers to introduce our services and secure new accounts.
- Client Meetings: Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings, networking events, and business appointments to promote Golden Executive's services.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Customer Enquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, quotations, and requests for information.
- Sales Development: Identify opportunities to increase revenue, introduce new services, and expand existing client accounts.
- Follow-Up & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales opportunities, and follow-up activities.
- Relationship Building: Represent Golden Executive professionally and develop long-term partnerships with corporate clients.
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable approaching new businesses.
- Experienced in sales, business development, account management, or customer relationship management.
- An excellent communicator with strong telephone, email, and face-to-face selling skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.
- Results-driven, with a genuine enthusiasm for winning new business.
- Professional in appearance and manner, with the ability to build trust with business clients.
- Experienced in the chauffeur, transport, hospitality, or corporate services industry (desirable but not essential).
