JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, logistics, or rice trading is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for inventory monitoring, data encoding, and report preparation.
- Familiarity with Odoo ERP or other inventory management systems is an advantage, but not required. Willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation, and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills, particularly when dealing with warehouse personnel, truck drivers, and logistics teams.
- Honest, reliable, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to undergo training and adapt to existing company procedures.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of rice inventory, including incoming and outgoing stocks.
- Update daily inventory movements using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Odoo ERP.
- Record rice deliveries from ports, warehouses, and suppliers.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel and trucking teams regarding deliveries, dispatches, and stock movements.
- Monitor and reconcile physical warehouse inventory against system records.
- Verify delivery receipts, trucking documents, and other inventory-related records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, damages, and other irregularities to management.
- Assist in maintaining organized and accurate inventory documentation.
