Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the key accounts portfolio and established strong, long term client relationships to achieve targets and meet long-term goals
- Leads, supervises and manages a team of Sr. AEs, AEs and Coordinators
- Oversees and monitors multiple accounts and projects from briefing, pitching, to the final execution
- Creates cost estimates, negotiates contracts and manages campaign budgets
- Presents and deliberates on ideas, creative concepts, and updates with clients, providing assistance in the det of campaigns
- Keeps track of quick sheets, JOs, reports, monitoring sheets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Represents the company in client and supplier meetings
- Identifies opportunities, generates new business and expands account sales through existing and potential client network
- Performs other work as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, economics or related field
- Has at least 5-7 year solid experience as Sr AE, AM or relevant role in the same or similar industry
- Can effectively communicate, present, negotiate, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executive and senior level
- Can handle multiple accounts and projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Has strong leadership and analytical skills with solid experience in delivering client-L focused solutions to client needs
- With strong written and communication skills
