What You Will Do
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end cost closing and reporting.
- Analyze cost variances, identify financial risks, and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, U.S. GAAP, local GAAP, and company policies.
- Oversee inventory controls, fixed assets, CAPEX, and the Fixed Asset Analyst.
- Partner with plant operations, engineering, and corporate finance to improve financial performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred.
- 5+ years of Finance, Controlling, or Cost Accounting experience, including leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, local GAAP, SOX, cost accounting, and CAPEX.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Advanced English and strong analytical and leadership skills.
