Google Ads + SEO + WordPress Specialist – Full-Time Remote (U.S. Company)
Job Description
Happy Home Improvement Concepts is a U.S.-based home improvement company serving the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas market. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist based in India to work with us full-time and long-term.
This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can independently manage, troubleshoot, and improve our digital marketing without requiring constant instruction.
Required Experience
- 5+ years Google Ads
- 5+ years SEO / Local SEO
- 3+ years WordPress
- Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
- Strong experience with Google Tag Manager
- Conversion tracking for phone calls and website forms
- Google Business Profile optimization
- Keyword research and competitor analysis
- Landing-page optimization
- Experience with Meta/Facebook Ads is strongly preferred
- Experience marketing U.S. local-service businesses is a major advantage
Responsibilities
You will manage and improve our Google Ads campaigns, conversion tracking, website/landing pages, SEO, Google Business Profile, and other digital marketing activities.
We need someone who can identify problems, explain what needs to be fixed, implement the work, and provide proof/results.
Work Schedule
Full-time remote — 8 hours per day.
You are located in India, but you must have reasonable availability during U.S. Central Time so we can communicate during our business day when necessary.
We do not micromanage your exact working hours, but communication and responsiveness are important.
Compensation
$700–$900 USD per month to start, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
There will be opportunities for performance bonuses and salary increases for someone who produces measurable results and grows with the company.
