- 7 years of technical leadership experience.
- Experience with vibe coding tools, including AI Studio, Cursor, Antigravity, Firebase Studio.
- Familiarity working across full tech stacks and production environments.

- Deliver innovative, engaging prototypes using the latest in front-end technologies.
- Architect prompt engineering pipelines and middleware layers to ensure LLMs consistently create output that perfectly maps to UI components.
- Mentor mid-to-executive engineers and designers, establishing web engineering excellence standards, contributing to core libraries and defining the organizational playbook for AI product development.
- Partner with executive members of the team, define and promote standards, and integrate changes into design system and workflow guidelines.
- Apply an inventive mindset to technical issues, finding ways to bridge gaps between design goal and model capabilities when standard solutions don't yet exist.
