**Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design \& Branding**
* Develop polished visual assets, including social media creatives, digital ads, email headers, infographics, and print materials (flyers, brochures, and event banners). * Maintain brand consistency by strictly adhering to brand guidelines (colors, typography, and visual style) across all platforms. * Create vector icons, logos, and layout designs from scratch or from established briefs.
**Content Creation \& Copywriting**
* Write compelling, platform\-ready short\-form copy, including headlines, ad copy, and social media captions. * Research trending topics, optimize content for search and engagement, and tailor messages to specific target audiences. * Create downloadable lead magnets such as playbooks, guides, and PDFs to support lead generation.
**Video Production \& Editing**
* Plan, shoot, and edit short\-form videos (Reels, Posters , Shorts) and promotional content. * Enhance video content by adding text animations, transitions, and motion graphics. * Optimize and format media specifically for different social channels ( for vertical viewing).
**Collaboration \& Strategy**
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and cross\-functional teams to translate campaign concepts into finished creative deliverables. * Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, taking client or stakeholder feedback and revising designs efficiently. \[
**Required Qualifications \& Skills**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. * **Experience:** Typically 2–5\+ years in a graphic design, content creation, or digital marketing role. * **Design Tools:** Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects). Experience with Canva or Figma is highly valued. * **Portfolio:** A robust portfolio showcasing expertise across digital, print, and multimedia campaign assets. * **Soft Skills:** High attention to detail, strong time management, creative problem\-solving, and adaptability
Pay: ₹20,000\.94 \- ₹30,000\.10 per month
