Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced **E\-commerce Manager** to oversee and grow our online marketplace business. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify stores, with expertise in product listings, advertising, inventory management, sales optimization, and marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify. * Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO\-friendly titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and images. * Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability. * Plan and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock availability and prevent stock\-outs. * Handle order processing, returns, customer issues, and marketplace compliance. * Launch and optimize advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI. * Analyze sales data, advertising performance, and customer behavior to drive business growth. * Conduct competitor research and pricing analysis. * Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners for smooth operations. * Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. * Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain high account health.
Required Skills
* Hands\-on experience with Amazon Seller Central. * Experience managing Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Supplier Panel. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Shopify. * Strong understanding of marketplace SEO and product listing optimization. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis). * Inventory planning and order management skills. * Analytical mindset with strong problem\-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
