Job Overview
We are looking for a technically skilled and enthusiastic Trainer & Support Engineer – AI & Robotics Lab to conduct product demonstrations, deliver hands-on training, and provide technical support for AI and Robotics Labs in schools across Madhya Pradesh.
The candidate will be based in Bhopal, Indore, or nearby surrounding areas and must be willing to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh for school visits, demonstrations, training sessions, lab installations, and technical support.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of robotics, electronics, coding, and STEM-based learning solutions, along with strong communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Demonstrations & Training
Conduct live demonstrations of AI, Robotics, Coding, and STEM kits and equipment in schools.
Deliver hands-on training sessions for teachers, students, and school staff.
Explain the working principles, applications, and educational benefits of robotics kits, tools, and lab equipment.
Support schools in implementing practical, activity-based learning programs.
2. Technical Support & Lab Maintenance
Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of AI and Robotics Labs.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to robotics kits, electronic components, sensors, motors, controllers, and software.
Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of lab equipment.
Provide on-site technical support and resolve issues during school visits.
3. Robotics & Coding Activities
Demonstrate and guide hands-on projects using robotics kits, sensors, motors, microcontrollers, and electronic components.
Support basic coding activities using Scratch, block-based programming, Python, or other relevant platforms.
Help teachers and students develop robotics models and STEM projects.
Assist schools with robotics competitions, exhibitions, project demonstrations, and innovation activities.
4. Field Visits & Coordination
Travel across Madhya Pradesh to conduct school demonstrations, training sessions, installations, and support visits.
Coordinate with school management, teachers, internal sales teams, and academic teams.
Maintain records of school visits, training sessions, demonstrations, and technical issues.
Provide timely feedback and reports to the reporting manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in robotics training, technical support, electronics, STEM education, or a similar role.
Practical knowledge of robotics kits, sensors, motors, electronic circuits, and microcontrollers.
Basic understanding of coding and programming concepts.
Ability to conduct engaging technical demonstrations and hands-on training sessions.
Strong communication, presentation, troubleshooting, and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh.
Candidates based in Bhopal, Indore, or nearby locations will be preferred.
Candidates who can join within 7 days will be given preference.
Preferred Technical Knowledge
Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, or similar microcontrollers.
Robotics kits, electronic components, sensors, motors, and circuit connections.
Scratch, block-based coding, Python, or basic C/C++.
AI, Robotics, IoT, and STEM-based educational tools.
Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of technical lab equipment.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹3,60,000.
