🔎 Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Recruitment & Selection

Assist in CV screening and shortlisting

Coordinate interviews and candidate communication

Support recruitment documentation and reporting
2️⃣ Onboarding & Offboarding

Assist in new joiner documentation and induction coordination
-
Support exit documentation and clearance processes
3️⃣ Employee Life Cycle Management
-
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
-
Support confirmation letters, contract updates, and other employee documentation
4️⃣ Payroll & Attendance Support

Assist in attendance and leave management
-
Support payroll data preparation and verification
5️⃣ HR Administration & Projects

Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and employee engagement activities

Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation control
