What You'll Do
As a Media Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for building relationships with local business owners and introducing them to one of the most cost\-effective marketing products available.
Responsibilities include:
* Prospecting new business through cold calling, email, networking, and referrals * Presenting our shared postcard advertising program to local businesses * Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline * Following up with prospects and closing new business * Working independently while collaborating with our growing sales team * Helping businesses grow through effective marketing solutions
What We're Looking For
* Minimum **2 years of sales experience** (outside sales, B2B, inside sales, advertising sales, media sales, insurance, real estate, etc.) * Retail sales experience alone is not sufficient * Comfortable making outbound prospecting calls * Strong communication and relationship\-building skills * Self\-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset * Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment * Driven by performance and unlimited earning potential
Compensation
* **1099 Independent Contractor** * **100% Commission** * Performance\-based compensation with **uncapped commissions** * Top performers can realistically earn **$105,000–$125,000\+ in their first year** * Opportunity to transition into a **W\-2 Base Salary \+ Commission position after 90 days** based on performance and company growth
