Job Summary:
The Finance \& Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall financial health of the organization, including accounting operations, financial planning, budgeting, taxation, statutory compliance, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The role ensures compliance with applicable laws and supports management in strategic decision\-making.
Key Responsibilities:1\. Financial Management \& Planning
* Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives. * Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. * Monitor financial performance and recommend corrective actions. * Conduct cost analysis and profitability assessments. * Ensure effective working capital management.
2\. Accounting Operations
* Oversee day\-to\-day accounting activities and maintain accurate books of accounts. * Ensure timely recording of financial transactions. * Review journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. * Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
3\. Cash Flow \& Treasury Management
* Monitor cash flow and liquidity requirements. * Manage banking relationships and fund utilization. * Oversee payments, collections, and treasury functions. * Ensure optimal utilization of company funds.
4\. Taxation \& Statutory Compliance
* Ensure compliance with: * GST * TDS * Income Tax * PF \& ESI * Professional Tax * Labour Law compliances * Review and file statutory returns within due dates. * Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
5\. Financial Reporting \& MIS
* Prepare and present: * Profit \& Loss Statement * Balance Sheet * Cash Flow Statement * MIS Reports * Budget Variance Reports * Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
6\. Audit \& Internal Controls
* Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits. * Implement strong internal financial controls. * Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation measures. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
7\. Team Leadership
* Lead and supervise the Accounts \& Finance team. * Allocate work and monitor performance. * Train and mentor team members. * Foster a culture of accountability and compliance.
Educational QualificationMandatory:
* **B.Com / M.Com**
Preferred:
* **MBA (Finance)** * **CA / CA Inter** * **CMA / CMA Inter** * Additional certifications in Taxation or Finance are desirable.
Experience:
* **8–15 years** of experience in Finance \& Accounts. * Minimum **3–5 years in managerial role**. * Experience in **Manufacturing, EPC, Engineering, Environmental, or Industrial sectors** is preferred.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in: * Tally Prime / ERP * MS Excel (Advanced) * GST \& TDS Filing * Payroll Accounting * Financial Analysis \& Budgeting * MIS Reporting * Banking \& Treasury Management

Working Conditions:
* Office\-based role with occasional travel to project sites or banks. * Extended working hours during audits, financial closing, and statutory filing periods.
