About the Role
QMet International is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Graphic Designer to join our team in Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs across digital and print platforms while maintaining consistency with the company’s branding and communication standards.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent visual judgment, and the ability to translate concepts and business requirements into compelling visual content. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and the ability to manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual designs for digital and print media.
- Develop creative assets for marketing, promotional, and corporate communication requirements.
- Design social media creatives, presentations, brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, visual language, typography, colors, and design standards across all creative assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements, objectives, and target audiences.
- Translate concepts, ideas, and business requirements into creative and visually compelling designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and make necessary design revisions.
Required Technical Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Canva
- Figma or Adobe XD
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
Design Knowledge
The candidate should have a strong understanding of:
- Typography
- Color theory
- Layout and composition
- Branding and visual identity
- Digital design principles
- Print production standards
- Digital design best practices
- Basic UI/UX principles
- Visual hierarchy and design consistency
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of digital and print design projects.
- Practical experience creating marketing and promotional creatives.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.
- Experience managing multiple design requirements and deadlines.

- Awareness of current graphic design and visual communication trends.
- Experience working in a corporate or creative agency environment.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and design projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of marketing, branding, and promotional communication principles.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.

This is a fully office-based role, and the selected candidate will be required to work from the QMet International office in Chikkamagaluru.
