**Job Summary:** We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design of engaging visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and the ability to mentor junior designers while collaborating with cross\-functional teams to deliver high\-quality creative solutions. **Key Responsibilities**
* Create high\-quality visual designs for digital and print marketing materials. * Design social media creatives, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and branding assets. * Develop and maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials. * Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. * Lead creative projects from concept to final execution. * Review and provide feedback to junior designers to maintain design quality. * Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. * Prepare final artwork for print and digital publishing. * Ensure all creative assets align with business goals and brand guidelines. * **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. * 1\-2 years of professional graphic design experience. * Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). * Excellent communication, presentation, and time\-management skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and creative problem\-solving skills. * **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or creative agencies. * Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
