About the Role
Enjoy shooting videos, designing visuals and exploring AI creative tools?
We are looking for a Social Media & AI Creative Content Executive to create content and manage our social media presence. You will handle video production, graphic design, content planning and social media marketing, using company-provided photography and videography equipment.
Hands-on Adobe Photoshop, video editing and AI content creation skills are essential. We would love to see a portfolio that demonstrates your creativity and practical experience.

Your Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing
- Shoot promotional videos, interviews and product demonstrations.
- Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Add subtitles, transitions, animations and visual effects.
- Coordinate filming sessions with company management.
Graphic Design & Photography
- Capture and edit photographs for marketing content.
- Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, brochures and promotional materials.
- Use Adobe Photoshop for photo editing, retouching and image enhancement.
- Work with Canva and other design tools to produce consistent, appealing visuals.
AI-Powered Content Creation
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly and CapCut AI to support creative work.
- Develop content ideas, scripts, captions and marketing copy.
- Apply AI tools to image enhancement, video production and content development.
- Review and refine AI-generated work for accuracy, quality and brand consistency.
- Explore new tools that improve creative output and productivity.
Social Media Management
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar and schedule posts.
- Write engaging captions and develop promotional content.
- Monitor audience engagement and report on content performance.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with Facebook and Instagram advertising, post boosting and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign results and prepare performance reports.
- Support marketing campaigns with relevant creative content.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred in content creation, social media, graphic design or digital marketing.
- Good Adobe Photoshop and photo editing skills — essential.
- Practical experience using AI tools for creative work — essential.
- Strong video editing skills and experience shooting short-form videos.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Canva and relevant creative software.
- A good understanding of social media platforms, content formats and trends.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail and strong visual presentation skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- The ability to work independently, manage deadlines and organise content production.
Added advantages:
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or basic SEO.
- Tamil language proficiency.
