We are looking for a skilled and passionate Android Developer with 3-5 years of experience in building modern Android applications using Kotlin. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile apps with excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin.
- Implement modern Android architectures such as MVVM and Clean Architecture.
- Integrate with REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.
- Work with Jetpack components (View Model, Live Data, Room, Navigation)
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to build seamless experiences.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to overall app design and best practices.
- Monitor app performance, crashes, and analytics using Firebase Crashlytics.
- Use tools like Git, Gradle, and Android Studio for efficient development workflows.
- Stay current with the latest Android trends, libraries, and tools
- Handle Play Store deployments and app release processes.
- Ensure app performance, security, and responsiveness across a wide range of devices
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK.
- Strong experience with Jetpack components (View Model, Live Data, Room, Navigation)
- Familiarity with Jetpack Compose (preferred)
- Deep understanding of MVVM and Clean Architecture.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON
- Comfortable with Git, Gradle, and Android Studio.
- Familiarity with Dependency Injection (Hilt / Dagger)
- Experience with Firebase, Crashlytics, and Play Store release cycles
Bonus Skills (Good to Have):
- Unit testing and UI automation (Espresso, JUnit)
- Familiarity with Android’s Accessibility and Localization standards.
- Working knowledge of agile practices (JIRA, Trello, etc.)
