Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple healthcare centers.
- Guide and support Center Managers in managing their centers.
- Monitor operational performance and targets.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, HR, and other departments.
- Identify operational problems and implement solutions.
- Improve processes to increase efficiency and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience managing multiple centers, clinics, healthcare facilities, or similar operations.
- Experience handling overall operational requirements.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities.
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
