- Draft and publish press releases
- Post and schedule blog content
- Gather data and prepare client updates
- Create and update website pages
- Provide Basecamp support
- Manage email support
- Use ChatGPT or Claude to complete work efficiently
We’d especially value:
- Experience supporting marketing teams with repeatable workflows (e.g., templates for emails, press releases, and updates)
- Comfort troubleshooting publishing or scheduling issues across common marketing tools
- Experience maintaining marketing calendars and coordinating deadlines across multiple initiatives
- Familiarity with video editing basics and maintaining consistent formatting for social and blog content
- Prior experience using Basecamp effectively for task tracking and team coordination

This is an approximately 30 hours per week role. We need availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. This job could have bonuses for great performance and could easily go to full time for the right person. We’re a small marketing team based in Florida, and we value entrepreneurship, character, balance, and teamwork. Salary is $10-$15 USD per hour + bonuses with raises for qualified staff.
