We are looking for a UI/UX Developer to design and build intuitive, consistent interfaces across our products and client projects. The role spans ERP applications, jewellery manufacturing and retail systems, AI solutions, dashboards, customer portals, POS Systems, web and mobile experiences.
He will work with business analysts, product owners, developers, and QA teams to translate complex business workflows into practical, user-friendly interfaces. Assignment priorities will vary across projects, requiring adaptability and strong coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand requirements, user roles, and operational workflows before proposing interface designs.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI designs.
- Simplify complex screens involving data entry, inventory, manufacturing, finance, approvals, and reporting.
- Develop responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Angular.
- Build and maintain reusable UI components, design guidelines, and a shared design system across TekFilo products.
- Design tables, forms, dashboards, navigation, filters, notifications, and validation messages for enterprise applications.
- Improve usability through clear layouts, keyboard navigation, fewer entry steps, and appropriate visual feedback.
- Support both desktop workflows and mobile-friendly experiences based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate interfaces with APIs and handle loading, empty, success, and error states.
- Review existing applications and recommend improvements based on user feedback and usability findings.
- Coordinate with QA to resolve interface issues and verify implementation against approved designs.
- Manage design and development tasks across multiple projects, communicating priorities, dependencies, and progress.
- Maintain design files, component documentation, and implementation handover notes.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, Auto Layout, and reusable components.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design, information architecture, interaction design, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.
- Experience creating responsive interfaces with Angular Material, Bootstrap, or similar UI libraries.
- Ability to design data-heavy applications with complex forms, tables, and workflows.
- Understanding of accessibility, browser compatibility, and frontend performance.
- Familiarity with REST API integration and Git.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions to technical and business teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX design and implemented interfaces.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP, SaaS, manufacturing, retail, inventory, or financial applications.
- Experience developing or maintaining a design system.
- Exposure to mobile application design or cross-platform frameworks.
- Experience conducting usability testing and gathering user feedback.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted interfaces, conversational experiences, and multilingual applications.
