**Role Overview**: We are seeking a high\-performing Digital Marketing Manager to drive high\-quality sales leads (Name, Phone Number, Location) for our overseas work visa programs. You will own the entire paid acquisition strategy across Google, YouTube, Instagram, and Email, specifically targeting African nations and other major global markets. **There is no salary bar for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities**:
* **Paid Ads Strategy**: Set up, optimize, and scale high\-converting paid ad campaigns on Google Search, YouTube, and Instagram. * **International Lead Gen**: Successfully target and capture leads from African countries and global markets seeking work visa opportunities. * **Social Media \& Video**: Create and manage high\-engagement posts on YouTube and Instagram to build trust and authority. * **Email Marketing**: Design and execute automated email funnels to nurture cold prospects into warm leads for the sales team. * **Data Capture**: Build highly optimized landing pages and lead forms to securely capture verified names and phone numbers.
**Requirements**:
* Proven track record of generating B2C leads for immigration, study abroad, recruitment, or visa consulting services. * Expert\-level knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta (Instagram) Ads. * Hands\-on experience with email marketing automation platforms. * Ability to work independently, look at analytics, and pivot strategies based on lead quality
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
