Requirements & Qualifications Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written (C1 level preferred). Previous management experience in upscale casual or fine-dining restaurants. Solid understanding of fine-dining service standards and guest experience management. Experience managing online guest reviews and reputation platforms, including TripAdvisor. Knowledge of sales forecasting, inventory control, and operational performance analysis. Ability to coordinate facility maintenance and general restaurant services. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience training, developing, and motivating restaurant teams.
