Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day provider roster processing and monitor data intake through Symplr DIU.
- Act as the operational point of contact for Symplr future-state data readiness and transformation activities.
- Identify and drive automation and optimization initiatives across provider onboarding, data validation, and credentialing workflows.
- Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to streamline roster lifecycle workflows.
- Support governance and quality control across roster submissions and intake processes.
- Ensure cross-functional coordination across Credentialing, PDM, and Contracting team
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in Provider Network Management (PNM) across roster, credentialing, or PDM domains.
- Prior experience leading or supporting PNM transformation projects or tool implementation (e.g., Symplr).
- Familiarity with Symplr DIU or similar data intake tools.
- Process-minded with ability to spot gaps and drive automation opportunities.
- Ability to manage operations, stakeholder expectations, and reporting under tight SLAs.
Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
