Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop, customize, and integrate CRM applications based on business requirements. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, and application integration, with the ability to work independently and contribute to team solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business and application requirements.
- Develop and enhance CRM applications, ensuring functionality and performance.
- Integrate CRM solutions with other systems and platforms.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Participate in technical discussions, share expertise, and contribute to team problem-solving.
- Stay updated on CRM technologies, tools, and development best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Experience with one or more of the following modules:
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Dynamics 365 Sales
- Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys
- Strong knowledge of CRM development, customization, and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with .NET development and familiarity with SQL Server.
- Knowledge of CRM integration, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Ability to work independently, develop technical expertise, and collaborate effectively with teams.
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
