1. Strong understanding of digital platforms, product development, business processes, customer journeys, and technology-enabled operations.
2. Strong knowledge of digital strategy, product lifecycle, roadmap management, prioritization, MVPs, releases, and continuous product enhancement.
3. Ability to translate business strategy, customer needs, and market insights into digital capabilities, product requirements, and development priorities.
4. Strong business analysis and process design skills, including requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
5. Ability to develop clear BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirement traceability.
6. Strong project and delivery management skills, with knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, Scrum, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation processes.
7. Ability to manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, resources, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Strong understanding of customer, partner, store, transaction, and market insights, with the ability to translate insights into prioritized platform improvements.
9. Sufficient understanding of technology and architecture, including APIs, system integration, databases, cloud, security, infrastructure, performance, scalability, and data requirements.
10. Strong business orientation, analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia and English and collaborate with Technology and cross-functional teams.
