Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
At least 3–4 years of working experience in the related field
Licensed Civil Engineer
With background in the Telecommunication/Construction industry, especially in OSP implementation, Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), and civil works
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Good time management skills
Required skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office
Preferably with a valid driver's license and able to drive a four-wheel vehicle
Willing to be assigned to any project site within Visayas areas
Can start ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing the successful completion of projects and capable of working across a wide variety of fields
Create and execute project plans and procedures
Communicate with staff and clients, make decisions, and monitor project progress to ensure it stays on schedule
Create long-term and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
Perform quality control throughout the project development process to maintain expected standards
Perform other duties as may be assigned
