Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST and TDS compliance, contractor and tenant accounting, bank reconciliations, and financial documentation for real estate projects. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial entries
- Manage GST working, filing coordination, and compliance activities
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and related documentation
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain contractor accounts, payment records, and reconciliation
- Manage rent, tenant accounts, and lease-related financial records
- Prepare MIS reports and support monthly account closing activities
- Conduct ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation
- Coordinate with internal departments and auditors for accounting requirements
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation as per company policies
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Hands-on experience in GST and TDS working
- Proficiency in MS Office, Tally ERP 9, PRIME 9, Excel & Advanced Excel
- Experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting
- Good understanding of contractor and tenant accounting
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- B. Com / M. Com / Inter CA or relevant qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts within the real estate industry
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
