Looking for an Accounts & Compliance Executive with strong hands-on knowledge of Companies Act/ROC compliance, GST, Income Tax/TDS, CMA, cash budgeting, and bank coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- ROC compliance support/filings & maintenance of statutory records (coordination with CS/CA)
- GST data compilation, reconciliations, and return filing support (GSTR-1/3B etc.)
- Income Tax & TDS: computation support, TDS payments/returns, Advance Tax working support
- Reconcile Form 26AS/AIS with books and resolve mismatches
- Prepare cash budget, basic MIS, and support CMA for bank proposals
- Bank follow-ups for renewals, document submissions, stock statements, interest certificates
Skills Required
- Practical knowledge of ROC, GST, TDS, Advance Tax, 26AS/AIS, CMA, cash budget
- Strong Excel + documentation & follow-up skills
- Deadline-driven, accurate, good communication
