During your apprenticeship, you’ll get to know the different departments at hameln pharma and learn how they work together.
Among other things, you’ll gain insights into:
- Customer Service / Sales: How do we work with our national and international business partners?
- Logistics: How do we ensure that our medicines reach our customers reliably and on time?
- Finance: How are invoices, costs and business processes managed?
- HR & Organisation: What exactly goes into recruitment, staff support and apprenticeship?
- Regulatory Affairs: What is required for a medicinal product to be authorised?
- Purchasing / CMO Management: How do we work with external manufacturing partners to ensure that our medicines are produced reliably on our behalf?
- Quality Management: What role does quality play in a pharmaceutical company?
Help shape the future rather than just go with the flow:
Our working world is constantly changing. During your apprenticeship, you will therefore not only get to know our processes, but also learn how we work together to develop and improve them.
Working together internationally:
Through collaboration with our sister companies in Gloucester (UK) and Modra (Slovakia), you’ll also gain insights into international cooperation and learn more about the storage, product development and manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
Your profile
It’s not important to us that you already know everything when you start your apprenticeship. What matters much more to us is that you’re keen to learn new things and get involved.
You’ll be a good fit for us if you:
- have successfully completed your school education or will have done so by the start of the apprenticeship
- are interested in business matters
- have a good command of German and English
- enjoy working with other people
- are reliable and organised
- are curious and enjoy learning new things
- are keen to take on responsibility and contribute your own ideas
