Responsibilities
As an HRBP Associate, you will be the key people partner for our Research & Development, Expansion, and Quality teams. You will collaborate with division heads to align people strategies with business priorities, drive talent and performance programs, and create an environment where #HangryMates can thrive. You’ll also play a pivotal role in performance management across all Hangry Support functions.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as HR Business Partner to key departments, ensuring people practices directly support business goals.
- Act as the Performance Management coordinator across all Hangry Support functions—driving implementation, calibration, and follow-up on performance cycles.
- Partner with division heads on workforce planning, team development, employee engagement, and cultural initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights and action plans for improving team health, performance, and retention.
- Advise managers on employee relations, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations, while promoting a culture of trust and transparency.
- Contribute to key People projects and process improvements that elevate the employee experience.
Requirements Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience as an HRBP, OD, or in HR project roles with exposure to multiple departments or functions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategies with organizational needs.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, OD, and change enablement.
- Experienced in performance management cycles, feedback culture, and employee development.
- Comfortable using HRIS and data to generate insights and influence decisions.
- Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence and situational awareness.
- Project management skills and ability to drive initiatives across teams.
- Familiarity with labor law compliance and HR policy frameworks.
