Position Overview
Happy Move Properties is seeking a dedicated and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to elevate our online presence and drive client acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end digital marketing operations, from on-site content creation to the strategic execution of lead-generation advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Production: Conduct daily on-site visits to shoot high-quality video and photography of real estate properties. Perform comprehensive video and photo editing to produce engaging, professional content for our digital channels.
- Digital Advertising: Design, implement, and manage targeted lead-generation campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Lead Generation & Listing Management: Systematically distribute and manage property listings across Facebook Marketplace and Instagram to capture prospective buyer inquiries.
- Brand Management: Oversee and cultivate the company's professional presence on LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms to strengthen corporate identity.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad spend to ensure an efficient Cost Per Lead (CPL) and maximize return on investment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
