PRODUCTION PROCESS ENGINEER
Job Responsibility:
Production Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production. This covers process design, resource management, data analysis, departmental training and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science and Technology, or equivalent with Master’s Degree related to the position
- Must possess at least two (2) years of supervisory experience and three (3) years of work experience in a manufacturing company
- Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing, GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, process improvement, and production data analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment and support production operations and training.
