WHAT YOUR DAYS CAN LOOK LIKE:
Our Residential HVAC Comfort Advisors typically work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
When customers reach out about potential heating or air conditioning projects, you'll be the one who visits their home, evaluates their systems, and delivers tailored solutions for improving equipment functionality and indoor comfort. You'll need an outgoing, confident, and professional spirit as you meet with homeowners and uphold company values in all sales conversations. As you identify and deliver system repair/maintenance needs or upgrade options, you'll keep the customer's budget and comfort needs in mind. You'll gain the customer's approval for the work and follow up to ensure satisfaction and open communication throughout the process. By accurately documenting your conversations and sales activities, you'll track your field success and help drive revenue for the business!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Professional, personable communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and foster positive, long-term customer relationships
- Organizational skills and a self motivation to do a great job
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform required physical tasks like moving objects weighing 10 - 20 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in areas such as attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops
- HVAC or in-home sales experience - a bonus!
