Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop pharmaceutical machinery as per URS, customer requirements, and GMP standards.
- Prepare 3D models, assembly drawings, fabrication drawings, and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks/AutoCAD.
- Design machine layouts, assemblies, change parts, and machine components.
- Develop and maintain detailed Bill of Materials (BOM).
Pharmaceutical Machinery Expertise
- Design and engineering of equipment related to:
- Injectable Processing Lines
- Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machines
- Vial Washing Machines
- Vial Filling & Stoppering Machines
- Vial Capping Machines
- Ampoule/Vial Inspection Machines
- Turnkey Injectable Projects
- Material Handling & Conveyor Systems
- Ensure machine design compliance with GMP, cGMP, FDA, and pharmaceutical industry requirements.
Project Execution Support
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA, Validation, Automation, and Service departments.
- Resolve manufacturing and assembly-related technical issues.
- Support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), and commissioning activities.
- Participate in design review and customer technical discussions.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Machinery Design.
- Mandatory experience in:
- Injectable Machinery
- Ampoule Filling & Sealing Equipment
- Vial Washing, Filling, Stoppering & Capping Machines
- Pharmaceutical Packaging & Processing Equipment
- Experience in turnkey injectable projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
