Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop pharmaceutical machinery as per URS, customer requirements, and GMP standards. * Prepare 3D models, assembly drawings, fabrication drawings, and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks/AutoCAD. * Design machine layouts, assemblies, change parts, and machine components. * Develop and maintain detailed Bill of Materials (BOM).
Pharmaceutical Machinery Expertise
* Design and engineering of equipment related to: * Injectable Processing Lines * Ampoule Filling \& Sealing Machines * Vial Washing Machines * Vial Filling \& Stoppering Machines * Vial Capping Machines * Ampoule/Vial Inspection Machines * Turnkey Injectable Projects * Material Handling \& Conveyor Systems * Ensure machine design compliance with GMP, cGMP, FDA, and pharmaceutical industry requirements.
Project Execution Support
* Coordinate with Production, Purchase, QA, Validation, Automation, and Service departments. * Resolve manufacturing and assembly\-related technical issues. * Support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), and commissioning activities. * Participate in design review and customer technical discussions.
Required Experience
* **Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Machinery Design.** * Mandatory experience in: * Injectable Machinery * Ampoule Filling \& Sealing Equipment * Vial Washing, Filling, Stoppering \& Capping Machines * Pharmaceutical Packaging \& Processing Equipment * Experience in turnkey injectable projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
