We’re growing our team and looking for an experienced HR \& Operations Manager who can help us build a people\-first culture, scale operations, and create a welcoming workplace for all.
**Your Roles and Responsibilities**
**Talent Acquisition \& Team Growth**
* Drive end\-to\-end recruitment and onboarding to attract diverse, passionate talent. * Collaborate with team leads to identify hiring needs and define role requirements. * Build inclusive hiring practices that celebrate neurodiversity and all forms of identity.
**HR Strategy \& People Development**
* Champion a positive work culture rooted in empathy, inclusion, and collaboration. * Implement employee engagement, performance management, and learning programs. * Handle payroll, contracts, compliance, and other core HR processes.
**Operations \& Productivity**
* Streamline day\-to\-day operations across the company and our online academy. * Build and optimize systems and processes that boost efficiency and productivity. * Ensure smooth coordination between departments and cross\-functional teams.
**Culture \& Inclusivity**
* Lead DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) initiatives and create safe spaces for all. * Facilitate open communication, regular check\-ins, and team\-building activities. * Support mental health, flexibility, and a healthy work\-life balance.
**What We’re Looking For**
* 2–5 years of experience in HR, operations, or people\-centric roles. * Fluent in Tamil, Hindi, and English – strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Empathetic leader who believes in building inclusive, high\-performing teams. * Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Proficient with HR tools, spreadsheets, documentation, and process optimization. * Prior experience in education, startups, or mission\-driven organizations is a plus.
