We’re growing our team and looking for an experienced HR & Operations Manager who can help us build a people-first culture, scale operations, and create a welcoming workplace for all.
Your Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Team Growth
- Drive end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to attract diverse, passionate talent.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Build inclusive hiring practices that celebrate neurodiversity and all forms of identity.
HR Strategy & People Development
- Champion a positive work culture rooted in empathy, inclusion, and collaboration.
- Implement employee engagement, performance management, and learning programs.
- Handle payroll, contracts, compliance, and other core HR processes.
Operations & Productivity
- Streamline day-to-day operations across the company and our online academy.
- Build and optimize systems and processes that boost efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and cross-functional teams.
Culture & Inclusivity
- Lead DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) initiatives and create safe spaces for all.
- Facilitate open communication, regular check-ins, and team-building activities.
- Support mental health, flexibility, and a healthy work-life balance.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, operations, or people-centric roles.
- Fluent in Tamil, Hindi, and English – strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic leader who believes in building inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient with HR tools, spreadsheets, documentation, and process optimization.
- Prior experience in education, startups, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
